The recall affects kegs sold through Costco stores in New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, and Western Australia. The issue stems from a possible secondary fermentation, which allows pressure to build dangerously inside the keg.
Consumers have been clearly instructed not to drink or open the affected product and to dispose of it safely. Impacted batches are marked with the following dates: Pkd 13/10/25 BB 13/10/26 and Pkd 15/10/25 BB 15/10/26. Customers are advised to contact the brewery directly for disposal instructions and reimbursement, and anyone experiencing health concerns should seek medical advice immediately.
