These physical and cognitive issues have been particularly evident during public appearances, raising concerns about Trump’s overall neurological health. “His frontal lobe is shrinking inside of his skull,” James explained, citing MRIs and cognitive assessments as possible indicators of the condition.
He also noted that Trump’s inability to control what he says – such as discussing classified military information – reflects damage to the part of the brain responsible for decision-making and impulse control.
