They already had 2 pairs of twins, but they decided to adopt two more

For Craig and Carrie Kosinski, February 28 is extraordinary—it’s the birthday of all six of their children.

Four years ago, a woman asked the couple to adopt her newborn twins, Adalynn and Kenna, born via emergency C-section on February 28, 2014. Shockingly, their biological twin siblings, JJ and CeCe, were also born on the same date in 2013. A year later, the Kosinskis adopted JJ and CeCe as well.

In 2015, the couple discovered they were expecting twins of their own. After complications and bed rest, Carrie gave birth—again by emergency C-section—on February 28, 2016, to Clarissa and Karraline.
