In 2010, April Webster and Nathan Fishbourne became the UK’s youngest parents at 14 years old, drawing widespread attention. Their son, Jamie, was born in November via C-section but faced initial health complications, later resolved through surgery.

April kept her pregnancy a secret at first, fearing embarrassment. Both families were shocked but ultimately supportive. Nathan’s parents were upset initially, but his father later stated, “We can’t change what happened, but we will welcome Jamie into our family.”

Despite initial hopes of co-parenting, April and Nathan’s relationship ended a few years later. April never completed her GCSEs but focused on raising Jamie, with strong family support.
