Sydney landscaper Shianne Fox sparked debate after questioning why men can work shirtless in extreme heat while women cannot.

On a scorching 104°F (40°C) day, Fox ranted on TikTok about being forced to wear a shirt while male workers remained shirtless, calling it sexist. She argued that toplessness is natural and shouldn’t be seen as distracting.

Critics pointed to workplace professionalism, but Fox believes challenging these norms could encourage more women to enter trades. Despite the controversy, she continues advocating for equal treatment in male-dominated industries.
