Trump’s Latest Physical Exam Turns Heads After Small Detail Confirms What We’ve All Been Thinking

President Donald Trump, 78, has been declared in excellent health following his first physical of his second term, according to a detailed memo released by White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella. After several hours at Walter Reed Medical Center on April 11, Trump traveled to Mar-a-Lago, where the results were shared days later.

Dr. Barbabella reported Trump is “fully fit” for office, noting his 20-pound weight loss since 2020 — down to 224 pounds — and crediting his active schedule and regular golf for his good health. Trump currently takes cholesterol medication, a low-dose aspirin, and a cream for a minor skin condition. He also underwent cataract surgery and a colonoscopy, which found a benign polyp and mild diverticulosis.

Trump’s vaccinations are current, and the memo emphasized his strong cardiac, neurological, and pulmonary function. On Truth Social, Trump said, “I have never felt better,” and supporters praised the report as proof of his stamina and sharpness despite ongoing criticism from media and political opponents.

The memo also addressed past speculation about Trump’s memory, stating there’s no clinical concern. Trump’s campaign dismissed family and media claims as politically motivated, reinforcing his image as a healthy and determined leader heading into a pivotal election year.
