Meghan has issued a message to Prince Harry just hours after the Duke of Sussex was dragged back into his bitter feud with Sentebale chairwoman Dr Sophie Chandauka.
The Duchess of Sussex celebrated her 44th birthday on Monday with her family in California.
On Tuesday evening, Meghan took to Instagram to share pictures from a celebratory meal marking the occasion.
Meghan wrote: “Blowing out the candles on a beautiful 24 hours, and thanking my husband, friends and family for making it so special.
“To those of you I don’t know, but who send love every day – thank you so much. Please know I feel it and appreciate it.
“And just to get a little foodie on you….this dinner last night at @funke_la with the culinary mastery of @evanfunke and his team is in the top five meals of my life.
“Thank you for a standout dining experience.”
However, the message came just hours after Prince Harry’s feud with Sentebale chairwoman Dr Sophie Chandauka was reignited.
Prince Harry is said to be “absolutely devastated” by the public row at Sentebale, the charity he co-founded nearly two decades ago.
The Duke of Sussex announced his decision to walk away from his African youth charity following a damning report into an explosive public row.

A spokesperson for Prince Harry said: “With the original mission of Sentebale firmly in mind – and in honour of the legacy he and Prince Seeiso [of Lesotho] began – The Duke of Sussex will now focus on finding new ways to continue supporting the children of Lesotho and Botswana.”
The statement came after the Charity Commission concluded its compliance case into Sentebale with a Regulatory Action Plan to address governance weaknesses.
The report found there was confusion over roles, especially around powers delegated to the chair, and lacked proper internal complaints policies with no clear processes to resolve disputes.
