Judge Frank Caprio took to TikTok to post a heartbreaking video the day before he passed away.
The 88-year-old, who was adored by millions and known by many as ‘the nicest judge in the world’, died in hospital yesterday (August 20) following a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
He worked on the bench of a court in Providence, Rhode Island, for nearly four decades.
Speaking from his hospital bed on Tuesday (August 19), he pleaded with his fans to remember him in their prayers as he hoped to beat the disease.
“Last year, I asked you to pray for me. It’s very obvious that you did ’cause I came through a very difficult period,” Caprio said on TikTok.
“Unfortunately, I’ve had a setback. I’m back in the hospital. Now, I’m coming to you again asking you to remember me in your prayers once more. And so I asked you again, if it’s not to much that you can remember me in your prayers.
